Shipping policy
1. Delivery Time:
We'll keep you informed.
After placing an order, you'll receive an email confirming your order details, including the shipping and delivery time for each item. Once your item is ready to ship, you'll receive a shipping notification email with the carrier and tracking information. You'll see your tracking number, order date and time, order status, estimated delivery time, delivery date, shipping method, and tracking information for shipped items.
2. Estimated Shipping and Delivery Times
The delivery date is the estimated date your payment is received. Items in your order will be shipped immediately upon arrival. Items shipped within 24 hours are expected to ship the same day or the next business day. The target delivery time for all packages is 1-3 business days. All delivery estimates are based on business days.
3. Preorder Policy
For preorder items, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 weeks. Please note that preorder items are made-to-order or reserved in advance, and therefore require additional time for production and logistics.
If you wish to cancel a preorder after placing it, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. This is because preorder items—especially large furniture pieces—often involve labor-intensive handling and costly logistics processes. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.
4. How to Track My Order
Once your item is shipped, we will immediately send you a shipping notification email with the estimated delivery date and tracking number.
5. When will my order be delivered?
For orders shipped to residential or office addresses, we deliver between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
You can visit the carrier's website to check the estimated delivery date and carrier for the latest status of your order. Lotts Decor Store and its carriers cannot provide exact delivery times. Our carriers are unable to call you before delivery.
6. Signature Upon Delivery
Most of our shipments contain valuable items. If you will not be home to receive the item, please consider having it shipped to a location where someone you trust can sign for it. For your convenience, you can choose to have your order shipped to your office address. Please note that if you choose this option, the item may be left at the reception desk or mail room. For security reasons, items shipped to PO boxes are not permitted.
7. I will not be home on the scheduled delivery date.
Since our carrier requires a signature upon delivery, if you are not home, the carrier will leave a business card. You can contact the carrier directly to arrange a new delivery time or to change your delivery address.
Return or Refund Policy
Items may be returned for any reason within 7 days of receipt. You may choose to pay a 20% restocking fee and receive an 80% refund or a 100% in-store credit. Returns must be notified within 7 days and must be in the original packaging, new and unused, with all accessories. Failure to do so may affect refund eligibility.
